Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect, how billing is handled, and how subscribers can contact us about privacy requests.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, workspace settings, selected plan, usage activity, support messages, notes entered in the dashboard, export history, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

The live feed is based on factual fields visible in the Riverside County Official Records Index, including document numbers, recording dates, document types, indexed grantor names, page counts, and official detail links. The current index does not provide property addresses, APNs, default amounts, phone numbers, email addresses, or coordinates.

Billing information

Payments and subscription billing are processed by Paddle. We do not store full card numbers. Paddle may collect billing details, tax information, payment identifiers, and transaction records according to its own policies.

How we use information

We use information to provide the subscription service, display county index records, manage access, process exports, troubleshoot issues, improve parsing quality, respond to support requests, and comply with legal or payment processor requirements.

Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help us host the app, process billing, maintain databases, analyze service health, or provide customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Retention

We retain account, billing, usage, and operational records as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information associated with your account by contacting support@nodradar.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, security, or accounting reasons.

Public-record questions and corrections

If your name appears in an indexed public record and you believe NOD Radar displayed the index incorrectly, contactsupport@nodradar.com with the document number and the correction requested. We may correct or suppress our display, but we cannot alter the underlying county record. Requests concerning the official record must be directed to Riverside County.
