Terms of Service
These terms explain how subscribers may use NOD Radar and the limits that apply to county public-index data.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Service
These terms are between you and NOD Radar, the operator of NOD Radar.
NOD Radar is a subscription-based monitoring tool that organizes factual fields from the Riverside County Official Records Index. The service may include document numbers, recording dates, indexed grantor names, document types, page counts, source links, filters, saved review notes, and CSV exports of those index facts.
The current public index does not provide property addresses, APNs, default amounts, or coordinates. NOD Radar does not present those fields as county-supplied data. We are not a government agency, law firm, financial advisor, title company, credit reporting agency, or foreclosure trustee.
Subscriptions and billing
The Solo plan includes a 7-day free trial. Paddle collects a valid payment method at checkout but does not charge the $149 monthly subscription price on the day the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle charges the first $149 monthly payment after 7 days and continues billing monthly until canceled.
The Riverside index monitor and permitted CSV exports are available during the trial. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and reviewing the trial end date and recurring price shown by Paddle before completing checkout.
Data accuracy and availability
County index records may be delayed, incomplete, reformatted, unavailable, rescinded, or corrected after publication. We keep the document number, capture range, and official source link visible so subscribers can verify each filing.
Indexed grantor names do not necessarily establish current ownership, occupancy, property location, debt amount, or present foreclosure status. You must verify the official record before taking action.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful public-record research and related business workflows. You may not use it for fraud, harassment, discriminatory targeting, illegal marketing, unlawful debt collection, consumer eligibility decisions, or any activity that violates applicable law, source-site rules, or Paddle's acceptable use requirements.
The service is not a consumer report and may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Account access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if the service is misused, payment fails, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
