Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains monthly billing, cancellation, and how refund requests are reviewed.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Monthly subscription
NOD Radar offers one Solo subscription: 7 days free, then $149 per month. Paddle collects a payment method at checkout and processes the first $149 charge after the trial unless the subscription is canceled first.
Free trial
The trial provides full live-feed access for 7 days. Cancel through Paddle before the trial end time shown at checkout to avoid the first charge. Starting another account does not guarantee another trial, and Paddle may apply eligibility or fraud controls.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation during the trial prevents the first $149 charge. Cancellation after a paid billing period begins stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current charge. Access may continue until the trial or paid billing period ends unless Paddle shows otherwise.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally review requests involving a billing error, duplicate charge, or a technical failure that prevented access. The 7-day trial is the primary period for evaluating the service before the first charge.
Refunds are not guaranteed for normal subscription use, exported data, failure to cancel before renewal, or business outcomes that depend on market conditions or how a subscriber uses the records.
How to request a refund
Email support@nodradar.com with your account email, Paddle transaction details if available, the charge date, and a short explanation. We may need to coordinate with Paddle to process approved refunds.
Service availability
County websites, source records, and parsing pipelines may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. Temporary delays do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will review serious access problems in good faith.
